In order to really learn what it takes to eat a good healthy meal
plan every day, you must first understand what not to eat. Many people begin
their meals with a large serving of sugary foods (high in sugar) and then go on
to eat fatty and/or fried foods (which are high in fat and calories). This
eating plan is counterproductive to achieving good health.
Many people eat fatty and/or fried foods because they assume that
these foods are healthier than other foods. If you are going to eat high
glycemic foods, you must do so in moderation. Too much of anything is not good
for your body - even the foods you would consider to be healthy can be harmful

that works for you, you will gain the muscle mass you desire and burn more
calories as well. A proper meal plan, by definition, involves eating the right
foods.

First and foremost, and this is a no-brainer, eat plenty of fresh

Second, and this is a very big no-brainer, eat real food that
comes from the earth. Raw vegetables and fruits are great sources of
antioxidants, which protect your body from free radicals that damage the cells
of your body over time.
Last, but not least, stay healthy! Take a comprehensive approach
to eat and exercise so that you can lose weight, build muscle and build a
strong, lean and fit body.
